Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using RallyOwl you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You sign in with an email magic link or Google, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be an adult to hold an account; you may record player records, including those of minors in your care.

3. Plans, meters & billing

RallyOwl offers a Free plan with monthly usage meters and a paid Pro plan. Meters pace the most resource-intensive features (such as AI coaching analyses) and reset each billing month; reaching a limit never deletes or hides data you have already created. Pro renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in two taps — through the Stripe customer portal on the web, or your app-store subscription settings on native — and keep Pro until the end of the current billing period.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by that store, and the store's billing terms (including its renewal, refund, and cancellation rules) govern those purchases.

4. Your content

Match data you enter is yours. You grant RallyOwl the licence needed to store and process it to provide the service (including computing stats and AI summaries). You can export or delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, no reselling, no uploading unlawful content, and no attempts to disrupt the platform.

6. Disclaimers & liability

RallyOwl provides coaching insight, not guaranteed outcomes — analysis is informational. The service is provided "as is".

7. Termination

You can stop using RallyOwl and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the law. [For counsel — to be drafted: termination grounds, any notice we give, and what happens to your data and an active subscription on termination.]

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify account holders before it takes effect, and continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms. [For counsel — to confirm: the notice method and notice period for material changes.]

9. Governing law & jurisdiction
