1. What we collect

When you create an account — using an email magic link or Google Sign-In — we collect your email address, and your name if your sign-in provider supplies it. As you use RallyOwl we store the match data you enter — players, scores, points, and shot locations — so we can compute your stats and insights.

2. How we use it

We use your data to provide the service: to track matches, compute analysis, and generate coaching insights. AI coaching summaries are produced by sending match-derived statistics to our AI processor; we do not send your personal contact details for this purpose.

3. Sharing & processors

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors that run RallyOwl — our hosting and database provider, our payments provider for Pro subscriptions, and our AI provider for coaching summaries.

4. Retention & your rights

We keep your match data while your account is active. You can request a copy of your data or its deletion at any time.

5. Children's data

RallyOwl is designed for parents and coaches who track players, some of whom are minors. The account holder is an adult; player records are entered by that adult.
